This groundbreaking process remarkably increases the output of a single furnace by an astounding tenfold, cuts the sintering cycle time by half, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to the conventional hot press sintering methods. Our revolutionary strides in this field have been lauded with three prestigious invention patents.

As trailblazers in the industry, we developed a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process technology alongside proprietary equipment for powder grinding, using advanced grinding media. This breakthrough facilitates the production of high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an unmatched purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm.
