This state-of-the-art advancement enhances the output capacity of a single furnace by a remarkable tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle significantly, and diminishes costs by over 60% when compared to conventional hot press sintering techniques. As relentless innovators, we have forged a new path with our groundbreaking nano-boron carbide powder process technology, complemented by our proprietary powder grinding equipment featuring advanced grinding media. This technological marvel empowers us to consistently produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving a remarkable purity level of up to 99% with a controlled powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable achievement has been honored with two invention patents, highlighting our dedication to achieving unprecedented purity in our products.

Jicheng (JCC) proudly offers a robust and expansive production capability, specializing in protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our state-of-the-art facilities enable us to produce an impressive 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and craft a remarkable 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts annually. This unparalleled production capacity is supported by our extensive infrastructure, designed to meet a diverse array of production needs with precision and efficiency.
Our cutting-edge production facilities are a testament to our commitment to quality and efficiency, featuring 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 advanced multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sophisticated sintering lines, 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 state-of-the-art hot pressing compositing lines.
