At the forefront of ceramic innovation, we have crafted a revolutionary pressureless sintering process for SB4C, enhanced by our proprietary, cutting-edge furnace featuring advanced temperature field control. This breakthrough skyrockets furnace output by an astounding tenfold, halves the sintering cycle, and cuts costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press techniques-an achievement recognized with three invention patents.
•High Purity
As true innovators, we have devised a nano-boron carbide powder process, supported by the development of unique grinding equipment and sophisticated media. This breakthrough allows us to achieve the extraordinary production of high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with purity levels soaring up to 99% and particle sizes at D50≤150nm, securing us two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) commands comprehensive production capabilities across the entire range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our remarkable annual production includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a staggering 600,000 multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our robust infrastructure is composed of 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring a seamless production process.
