This innovative process amplifies a single furnace's output tenfold, drastically shortens the sintering cycle, and remarkably reduces costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our trailblazing process has earned us three esteemed invention patents.

As trailblazers in purity, we've made a monumental stride with our inventive nano-boron carbide powder process and bespoke powder grinding equipment, complemented by advanced grinding media. This innovation empowers us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with an astounding purity level reaching up to 99% and a fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our pioneering efforts have been celebrated with two invention patents, underscoring our commitment to groundbreaking advancements.
Larger Capacity

Our formidable infrastructure supports an astonishing annual output of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts. We are superbly positioned to fulfill even the most exacting of your needs with precision and excellence.
Our ultramodern facilities are equipped with 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 sophisticated multi-curved ceramic plate lines, an impressive 70 sintering lines, 5 specialized PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 cutting-edge hot pressing compositing lines. This robust infrastructure ensures seamless, efficient, and highly adaptable production capabilities.
