As trailblazers in purity, we've made a monumental stride with our inventive nano-boron carbide powder process and bespoke powder grinding equipment, complemented by advanced grinding media. This innovation empowers us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with an astounding purity level reaching up to 99% and a fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our formidable infrastructure supports an astonishing annual output of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts. Our ultramodern facilities are equipped with 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 sophisticated multi-curved ceramic plate lines, an impressive 70 sintering lines, 5 specialized PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 cutting-edge hot pressing compositing lines. This robust infrastructure ensures seamless, efficient, and highly adaptable production capabilities.
