•Lower Cost
Leading the way in cost-efficient manufacturing, we developed an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered our own advanced sintering furnace equipped with refined temperature field control technology. This breakthrough increases the output of a single furnace by tenfold, halves the sintering cycle, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering endeavor has garnered three invention patents.

•High Purity
As pioneers, we invented an advanced nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed exclusive powder grinding equipment and top-tier grinding media. This innovation allows us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an impressive purity level of up to 99% with a particle size of D50≤150nm. Our efforts have been recognized with two invention patents.

Larger Capacity

 

Jicheng (JCC) boasts comprehensive production capabilities for the entire range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our annual production capacity includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

We operate 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
