We boldly spearheaded the development of an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and crafted our proprietary sintering furnace featuring cutting-edge temperature field control technology. This momentous advancement augments the output of a single furnace by a remarkable tenfold, halves the sintering cycle, and slashes costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering. Our pioneering efforts have been distinguished with three invention patents.
• High Purity Excellence
As pioneering visionaries, we conceived a state-of-the-art nano-boron carbide powder process and exclusive grinding equipment featuring advanced grinding media. This groundbreaking innovation empowers us to produce ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder, attaining an astonishing purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We have garnered two invention patents for this extraordinary technological achievement.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) is a shining exemplar of excellence in the field of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. We proudly demonstrate our formidable production capabilities with a stunning annual capacity that includes 800 tons of expertly crafted boron carbide sinters, a remarkable 1000 tons of state-of-the-art silicon carbide sinters, and an extraordinary output of 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts, all engineered with precision and care.

It boasts 7 high-capacity ceramic powder production lines, complemented by 8 sophisticated multi-curved ceramic plate lines. Additionally, 2 hot pressing compositing lines ensure the excellence and quality of our products, setting a benchmark for industry standards.
