•Lower Cost
Our groundbreaking development of a novel pressureless sintering process for SB4C is complemented by the construction of our cutting-edge sintering furnace. This advanced technology, featuring refined temperature field control, exponentially increases the output of a single furnace by tenfold and slashes the sintering cycle by half. This innovation has reduced costs by an impressive 60% when compared to traditional hot press sintering methods, earning us three prestigious invention patents.
•High Purity
Leading the way in innovation, we pioneered a nano-boron carbide powder process technology and engineered exclusive powder grinding equipment with advanced grinding media. Our expertise has enabled us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an astonishing purity level of up to 99% and a fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This achievement has been recognized with two invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) proudly stands as a frontrunner in the protection ceramics industry, showcasing an unparalleled and comprehensive production capacity that spans the entire protection ceramics chain. Our expertise includes the production of premium PE plates and advanced inserts. At the heart of our operations, we command an exceptional annual production capacity: 800 tons of high-strength boron carbide sinters, 1,000 tons of robust silicon carbide sinters, and a remarkable 600,000 sets of versatile multi-curved boron carbide inserts. JCC is truly a beacon of leadership and innovation in this dynamic field.
Our cutting-edge facilities are meticulously designed to offer superior production capabilities. We operate 7 state-of-the-art ceramic powder production lines, 8 precision-engineered multi-curved ceramic plate lines, and an astonishing 70 sintering lines to ensure the highest quality output. Furthermore, we have 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 specialized PE plate cutting lines, and 2 advanced hot pressing compositing lines, all strategically aligned to deliver unmatched production prowess and capacity.
