•Lower Cost
Leading the charge, we developed an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered our own cutting-edge sintering furnace, featuring a refined temperature field control technology. This breakthrough maximizes furnace output tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle by half, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our groundbreaking process has been honored with three invention patents.

•High Purity
As pioneers, we invented a nano-boron carbide powder process technology, complemented by proprietary powder grinding equipment and advanced grinding media. This enabled us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an impressive purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We have been awarded two invention patents for this remarkable achievement.

Jicheng (JCC) possesses the comprehensive production capacity for the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Boasting an annual production capability of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of intricately multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

Our infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 highly efficient sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 state-of-the-art hot pressing compositing lines.
