•Lower Cost
Leading the way in cost-effective ceramic solutions, we developed a cutting-edge pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered our own state-of-the-art sintering furnace with precision temperature control. This innovation enhances production tenfold per furnace, halves the sintering cycle, and slashes costs by over 60% compared to traditional methods. Our groundbreaking process is backed by three invention patents.

•High Purity
As pioneers, we crafted a nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed specialized powder grinding equipment along with advanced grinding media. This innovation allows us to produce ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder with an impressive purity level of up to 99% and a particle size of D50≤150nm. This achievement has been recognized with two invention patents.

Larger Capacity

 

Jicheng (JCC) stands as a powerhouse in production, with the entire chain capability for protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. We boast an annual production capacity of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

Our infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
