•Lower Cost
Setting the gold standard in the industry, we developed an astounding pressureless sintering process for SB4C, accompanied by our proprietary sintering furnace, featuring state-of-the-art temperature field control technology. This ingenious process amplifies furnace output by an incredible tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by half, and astonishingly cuts costs by more than 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our groundbreaking advancements have rightfully earned us three prestigious invention patents.
•High Purity
As trailblazers, we pioneered a remarkable nano-boron carbide powder process technology and engineered our own exclusive equipment for powder grinding, alongside advanced grinding media. This breakthrough enables us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an extraordinary purity level of up to 99% with an impressively fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We have been awarded two invention patents for this outstanding achievement.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands at the forefront of the protection ceramics industry, boasting an all-encompassing capability to produce a wide array of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our impressive annual production capacity includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts. This extensive capacity ensures we adeptly cater to the varied demands of the industry.
Our robust infrastructure is a testament to our prowess, featuring 7 dedicated ceramic powder production lines, 8 state-of-the-art multi-curved ceramic plate lines, an impressive 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 advanced hot pressing compositing lines, all working in harmony to deliver unmatched quality and efficiency.
