This remarkable innovation boosts the output of a single furnace by an astounding tenfold, cuts the sintering cycle in half, and slashes costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our visionary accomplishments have been recognized with three prestigious invention patents.

Standing at the pinnacle of innovation, we developed a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process and bespoke grinding equipment featuring state-of-the-art grinding media. This pioneering technology enables us to produce ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an extraordinary purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This technological excellence has earned us two distinguished invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) proudly showcases an extensive array of production capabilities, perfectly tailored to cover the full spectrum of protection ceramics, highly durable PE plates, and precision-engineered inserts. Our formidable annual production capacity boasts a significant output: 800 tons of superior boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of robust silicon carbide sinters, and an impressive 600,000 sets of expertly crafted multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is unmatched, featuring 7 innovative ceramic powder production lines, 8 advanced multi-curved ceramic plate lines, an impressive 70 sintering lines, along with 5 high-performance PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines for superior product quality.
