•Lower Cost
Leading the charge in ceramic advancements, we developed a groundbreaking pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered a cutting-edge sintering furnace with sophisticated temperature field control. This breakthrough significantly increases single-furnace output tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle by half, and reduces costs by more than 60% compared to traditional methods. Our pioneering efforts have been honored with three invention patents.
•High Purity
As pioneers, we formulated an advanced nano-boron carbide powder technology and engineered proprietary powder grinding equipment with superior grinding media. This innovation allows us to achieve an extraordinary purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our dedication to excellence has been recognized with two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) boasts an impressive production capacity that spans the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. With an annual production scale of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 multi-curved boron carbide inserts, we ensure unmatched availability.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, epitomizing our commitment to excellence.
