This cutting-edge innovation boosts furnace output by an astonishing ten times and reduces the sintering cycle by half, leading to a remarkable cost reduction of over 60% compared to traditional hot press methods. Our trailblazing advancements have been celebrated with three invention patents.
•High Purity
As pioneers in nanotechnology, we devised a groundbreaking nano-boron carbide powder process and crafted specialized grinding equipment coupled with advanced grinding media. This exceptional advancement enables the production of high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with an impressive purity level of up to 99% and a particle size as fine as D50≤150nm, meriting us two esteemed invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) stands at the forefront of the industry with a remarkable production capacity that spans the entire range of protective ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our state-of-the-art facilities enable us to achieve an impressive annual output: 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, a staggering 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of high-performance multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our cutting-edge infrastructure is equipped with 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 sophisticated multi-curved ceramic plate lines, a robust 70 sintering lines, 5 efficient PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 high-tech hot pressing compositing lines.
