•Lower Cost
In our quest to revolutionize cost efficiency, we innovated a novel pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered a cutting-edge sintering furnace, featuring sophisticated temperature field control technology. This magnificent innovation magnifies the output of a single furnace by tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle time by half, and slashes costs by more than 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering techniques. Our trailblazing process has been awarded three prestigious invention patents.
•High Purity
As leaders in ceramic technology, we pioneered a process technology for nano-boron carbide powder and developed specialized grinding equipment with advanced media. This enabled the production of high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching a purity level as high as 99% with a particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable achievement has earned us two distinguished invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) showcases an impressive production capacity across the entire chain of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. We proudly announce our annual production capabilities of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a substantial 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our extensive infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, all working harmoniously to meet global demands.
