•Lower Cost
At the forefront of ceramic advancements, we've developed a state-of-the-art pressureless sintering process for SB4C, alongside our proprietary furnace equipped with cutting-edge temperature field control. This transformative innovation boosts furnace output by an incredible tenfold, cuts the sintering cycle in half, and slashes costs by an impressive 60% compared to traditional hot press methods. This achievement has earned us three invention patents.
•High Purity
As leaders in the industry, we pioneered a nano-boron carbide powder process and crafted proprietary grinding equipment and advanced media. This innovation empowers us to produce ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder, reaching extraordinary purity levels of up to 99% with a particle size of D50≤150nm, recognized by two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) proudly showcases comprehensive production capabilities across the entire range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our outstanding annual capacity includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a remarkable 600,000 multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our robust infrastructure is fortified with 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
