As trailblazers in innovation, we have revolutionized the production of nano-boron carbide powder with the development of a novel process technology alongside proprietary powder grinding equipment featuring advanced grinding media. This significant breakthrough empowers us to manufacture high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an extraordinary purity level of up to 99%, with a finely controlled powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Jicheng (JCC) excels with an expansive and versatile production capacity tailored for the creation of protection ceramics, PE plates, and specialized inserts. Our formidable annual production capabilities are highlighted by 800 tons of meticulously crafted boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of premium silicon carbide sinters, and an impressive 600,000 sets of uniquely multi-curved boron carbide inserts. Our state-of-the-art production facilities boast 7 cutting-edge ceramic powder production lines, 8 advanced multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 efficient sintering lines, 5 specialized PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 high-tech hot pressing compositing lines.
