•Lower Cost
Setting new industry standards, we pioneered an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and developed a proprietary, cutting-edge sintering furnace enhanced with sophisticated temperature field control technology. This breakthrough increased the production capacity of a single furnace by tenfold, halved the sintering cycle duration, and slashed costs by over 60% compared to the older hot press sintering techniques. Our groundbreaking method has been recognized with three invention patents.
•High Purity
As visionaries in the field, we've developed an advanced nano-boron carbide powder process technology and custom-designed grinding equipment with superior grinding media. This innovation ensures the production of ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an impressive purity of up to 99% and a fine particle size of D50≤150nm. Two invention patents underscore this remarkable achievement.
Larger Capacity
At Jicheng (JCC), we boast a comprehensive production capacity spanning the entire protection ceramics chain, including PE plates and inserts. Our annual output includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our robust production capabilities feature 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
