This groundbreaking process remarkably enhances the output of a single furnace by a stunning tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle in half, and dramatically reduces costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering techniques. Our trailblazing technological advancements have been acknowledged with the award of three prestigious invention patents.

As trailblazers in the field, we have engineered an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed our own proprietary equipment for precise powder grinding, accompanied by cutting-edge grinding media. This remarkable breakthrough empowers us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with an unrivaled purity level of up to 99% and a finely optimized powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our exceptional achievement in purity and precision has been recognized with the award of two coveted invention patents, underscoring our commitment to excellence.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands at the forefront of innovation with a broad-spectrum production prowess in the realm of protection ceramics, encompassing PE plates and inserts. Our staggering annual production capacity boasts 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an impressive 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, ensuring we adeptly cater to a wide array of customer requirements.
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is meticulously developed, comprising 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 precision-engineered multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 cutting-edge sintering lines, 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines.
