•Lower Cost
At the forefront of ceramic innovation, we have perfected an avant-garde pressureless sintering process for SB4C, utilizing our proprietary state-of-the-art furnace armed with sophisticated temperature field control. This technological leap not only increases furnace output by an astounding tenfold but also halves the sintering cycle, achieving a cost reduction of over 60% compared to conventional hot press methods, and has secured us three invention patents.
•High Purity
As trailblazers in advanced ceramics, we have developed an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process, complemented by our bespoke grinding equipment and cutting-edge media. This groundbreaking process enables us to achieve unparalleled purity, producing nano-boron carbide powder with an extraordinary purity level of up to 99% and a particle size of D50≤150nm, recognized with two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) commands a comprehensive production capability that spans the full range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our impressive annual production capacity consists of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our robust infrastructure is equipped with 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring seamless production efficiency.
