We have spearheaded the development of a groundbreaking pressureless sintering process for SB4C and designed our own cutting-edge sintering furnace equipped with advanced temperature field control technology. This remarkable breakthrough amplifies the output of a single furnace tenfold, drastically cuts the sintering cycle in half, and reduces costs by more than 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering efforts have been recognized with three esteemed invention patents.
• High Purity Excellence
As trailblazers in the field, we have engineered a nano-boron carbide powder process alongside proprietary grinding equipment featuring state-of-the-art grinding media. This innovation empowers us to produce ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder with an incredible purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our technological prowess has been acclaimed with two prestigious invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) proudly offers a vast and unparalleled range of production capabilities that cover every aspect of protection ceramics, PE plates, and cutting-edge inserts. Our robust annual production capacity showcases our expertise with 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an impressive 600,000 sets of intricately multi-curved boron carbide inserts, providing unmatched quality and reliability.
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is a testament to our advanced capabilities, featuring 7 dedicated ceramic powder production lines, 8 versatile multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 efficient sintering lines, 5 precision PE plate pressing lines, 2 meticulous PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines.
