Pioneering innovation in ceramics, we were the first to invent the pressureless sintered B4C formula. This groundbreaking advancement has led to the creation of boron carbide ceramics boasting unrivalled hardness, strength, and toughness. These enhanced ceramics set the standard for body armor and vehicle protection. Our ingenuity is recognized with two invention patents.

•Lower Cost
We've revolutionized the pressureless sintering process for SB4C and developed an advanced sintering furnace with precise temperature control. This innovation increases furnace output tenfold, halves the sintering cycle, and cuts costs by over 60% compared to traditional methods. Our trailblazing process has earned three invention patents.

•High Purity
As pioneers, we've perfected a nano-boron carbide powder process and created proprietary grinding equipment with advanced media. This allows us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving 99% purity and a particle size of D50≤150nm. We have been awarded two invention patents for this feat.

Larger Capacity

Jicheng (JCC) commands an extensive production capacity across the entire protection ceramics spectrum, including PE plates and inserts. Our annual output boasts 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

Our facilities include 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
