We've transformed the landscape of the pressureless sintering process for SB4C by developing a state-of-the-art sintering furnace equipped with precise temperature control. This trailblazing innovation maximizes furnace output tenfold, drastically shortens the sintering cycle by half, and reduces costs by over 60% when compared to traditional methods. Our groundbreaking approach has been honored with three invention patents, reflecting our commitment to innovation and cost-efficiency.
•High Purity
As true pioneers in the field, we've perfected the process of nano-boron carbide powder production and crafted proprietary grinding equipment using advanced media. This achievement enables us to deliver ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, boasting an impressive 99% purity and a fine particle size of D50≤150nm. Our technological prowess has been acknowledged with two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) showcases an expansive production capacity across the entire ceramic protection spectrum, including PE plates and inserts. Our impressive annual output includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of expertly crafted multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our state-of-the-art facilities feature 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our clients.
