Jicheng pioneered a novel approach by developing a state-of-the-art pressureless sintering process for SB4C and designing a custom sintering furnace featuring advanced temperature field control. This technological marvel increases the output of a single furnace by tenfold, halves the sintering cycle time, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press methods. This revolutionary process is protected by three invention patents.

• High Purity
Jicheng leads the way with their innovative nano-boron carbide powder process, supported by proprietary grinding technology and advanced media. This enables the production of exceptionally pure nano-boron carbide powder with a purity level reaching 99% and a particle size of D50≤150nm, backed by two invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) offers comprehensive production capabilities for the entire spectrum of protective ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. With an annual output capacity of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, we meet extensive production demands.

Our operation includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring robust production efficiency.
