Propelling cost-efficiency to new heights, our revolutionary pressureless sintering process for SB4C is enhanced by our state-of-the-art sintering furnace. This advanced machinery, with its precise temperature field control, elevates the output of a single furnace by a remarkable tenfold and significantly reduces the sintering cycle by half. Through this innovation, we have achieved a substantial 60% cost reduction compared to conventional hot press sintering methods, earning us three illustrious invention patents.

At the cutting edge of technological advancement, we spearheaded the development of a nano-boron carbide powder process, complemented by the creation of exclusive powder grinding equipment with cutting-edge grinding media. Our technical prowess has empowered us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an extraordinary purity of up to 99% and a fine particle size of D50≤150nm. This feat has been lauded with two prestigious invention patents.
