Jicheng's ingenious development of a cutting-edge pressureless sintering process for SB4C, alongside a state-of-the-art sintering furnace enriched with advanced temperature field control technology, dramatically boosts furnace output by tenfold, cuts the sintering cycle time in half, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering process has been distinguished with three invention patents.
•High Purity
As industry trailblazers, we have crafted an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed proprietary powder grinding equipment with advanced grinding media. This has enabled the creation of high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an impressive purity of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This significant accomplishment has secured us two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands as a beacon of excellence in the realm of advanced protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our state-of-the-art facilities empower us with the ability to produce an impressive 800 tons of boron carbide sinters annually, alongside an extraordinary 1,000 tons of silicon carbide sinters. In addition, we are proud to offer 600,000 sets of meticulously crafted multi-curved boron carbide inserts each year.
To meet and exceed industry demands, we have established 7 cutting-edge ceramic powder production lines and 8 dynamic multi-curved ceramic plate lines. Our 70 high-precision sintering lines, complemented by 5 efficient PE plate pressing lines and 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, ensure unparalleled production strength. Additionally, our 2 hot pressing compositing lines reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and innovation.
