This revolutionary advancement propels furnace productivity by an astounding tenfold, abbreviates the sintering cycle time by 50%, and trims costs by a remarkable 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering process has been recognized with three invention patents.

Trailblazers in the industry, we have engineered an inventive nano-boron carbide powder processing technology along with unique powder grinding equipment, enhanced by superior grinding media. This innovation has empowered us to produce nano-boron carbide powder of exceptional quality, boasting a purity level soaring up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This outstanding achievement has been awarded two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) proudly showcases its extensive and all-encompassing production prowess in the realm of protection ceramics, PE plates, and innovative inserts. Each year, we achieve an impressive production capacity: 800 tons of expertly crafted boron carbide sinters, a remarkable 1000 tons of top-tier silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of sophisticated, multi-curved boron carbide inserts, designed for ultimate protection.
Our operation features 7 cutting-edge ceramic powder production lines, 8 state-of-the-art multi-curved ceramic plate lines, and a formidable 70 sintering lines that testify to our manufacturing might. Accompanied by 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 advanced hot pressing compositing lines, we guarantee exceptional and robust production capabilities that empower our global standing.
