This cutting-edge process enhances a single furnace's output by a factor of ten, halves the sintering cycle, and slashes costs by more than 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our revolutionary process has been awarded three invention patents.

As pioneers in purity, we invented a groundbreaking nano-boron carbide powder process and developed proprietary powder grinding equipment paired with advanced grinding media. This enables us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with a remarkable purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our innovation has been honored with two invention patents.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring efficient and versatile production.
