In tandem, we engineered our own cutting-edge sintering furnace, embedded with advanced temperature field control technology. This innovation amplifies a single furnace's output tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle by half, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our groundbreaking process has garnered three invention patents, underscoring our commitment to innovation and affordability.

Forging new paths in purity, we have invented a pioneering nano-boron carbide powder process and developed proprietary equipment equipped with advanced grinding media. This allows us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with an astounding purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our visionary innovation has been honored with two invention patents, showcasing our dedication to delivering exceptional purity standards.

Jicheng (JCC) proudly stands at the forefront of innovation and production excellence, offering an extensive range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts designed to cater to your diverse needs. Armed with a formidable annual production capacity, we deliver 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1,000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a staggering 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts. Our cutting-edge facilities house 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines, and an impressive fleet of 70 sintering lines. Additionally, we operate 5 high-performance PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 state-of-the-art hot pressing compositing lines.
