Lower Cost
We led the charge in the development of a groundbreaking pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered our very own high-tech sintering furnace, equipped with refined temperature field control technology. This innovative solution enhances the output of a single furnace by a remarkable tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle duration by half, and reduces costs by an impressive 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our groundbreaking process has been honored with three invention patents.

As pioneers in the industry, we've developed a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process technology and crafted specialized powder grinding equipment along with pioneering grinding media. This enables us to produce high-purity, nano-boron carbide powder with an exceptional purity level reaching up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We've been awarded two invention patents for this outstanding achievement.

Jicheng (JCC) proudly boasts a comprehensive production capacity for the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our annual production capacity includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a remarkable 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

We are equipped with 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 advanced hot pressing compositing lines.
