•Lower Cost
Leading the charge in cost-effective solutions, we have developed a groundbreaking pressureless sintering process for SB4C. Alongside this, we designed a cutting-edge sintering furnace equipped with a sophisticated temperature field control system. This technological marvel not only boosts the output capacity of a single furnace by tenfold but also slashes the sintering cycle duration by half, all while reducing production costs by an impressive 60% compared to traditional hot press methods. Our innovative process has been distinguished with three invention patents.
•High Purity
As pioneers in the industry, we have engineered an exceptional nano-boron carbide powder process technology, complemented by our custom-developed powder grinding equipment and advanced grinding media. This has enabled us to produce nano-boron carbide powder of unparalleled purity, achieving a remarkable 99% purity level with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our groundbreaking work in this arena has been honored with two invention patents, underlining our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) takes pride in offering a production capacity that is nothing short of extraordinary. We provide a comprehensive range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts, setting us apart in the industry. With an astonishing annual output, we produce 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an awe-inspiring 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our operations are supported by 7 state-of-the-art ceramic powder production lines, 8 advanced multi-curved ceramic plate lines, and an extensive array of 70 sintering lines. Additionally, we have 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency in every product we craft.
