•Lower Cost
Our groundbreaking development of a novel pressureless sintering process for SB4C is complemented by the construction of our cutting-edge sintering furnace. This advanced technology, featuring refined temperature field control, exponentially increases the output of a single furnace by tenfold and slashes the sintering cycle by half. This innovation has reduced costs by an impressive 60% when compared to traditional hot press sintering methods, earning us three prestigious invention patents.
•High Purity
Leading the way in innovation, we pioneered a nano-boron carbide powder process technology and engineered exclusive powder grinding equipment with advanced grinding media. Our expertise has enabled us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an astonishing purity level of up to 99% and a fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This achievement has been recognized with two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) boasts a comprehensive production capacity encompassing the entire protection ceramics chain, including PE plates and inserts. With an impressive annual production capacity of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, JCC is a leader in the field.
Our state-of-the-art facilities comprise 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring unmatched production capabilities.
