This furnace boasts advanced temperature field control technology, significantly boosting a single furnace's output by tenfold, reducing the sintering cycle by 50%, and cutting costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering techniques. Our groundbreaking process has been duly recognized with three invention patents.

Setting new benchmarks in purity, we have conceived a revolutionary nano-boron carbide powder process and engineered proprietary powder grinding equipment, accompanied by cutting-edge grinding media. This allows us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with an impressive purity level reaching up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our paradigm-shifting innovation has been celebrated with two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands as a leader in manufacturing, offering an unparalleled production capacity across the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, including PE plates and vital inserts. Our impressive facilities boast an annual production capacity of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astonishing output of 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts. This immense capability ensures that we can satisfy even your most stringent demands efficiently and effectively.
Our cutting-edge, state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines, and an impressive 70 sintering lines. Additionally, we operate 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 innovative hot pressing compositing lines, all of which work in harmony to deliver exceptional efficiency and versatility in production.
