Trailblazing new horizons in ceramic technology, we have crafted a state-of-the-art pressureless sintering process for SB4C. This is supported by our uniquely designed furnace featuring advanced temperature field control, boosting furnace efficiency by a remarkable tenfold. This process diminishes sintering cycles by 50% and reduces costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press methods, securing us three prestigious invention patents.
•High Purity
Leading the charge in high-purity ceramics, we have pioneered an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process, coupled with proprietary grinding equipment and cutting-edge media. This breakthrough enables us to produce nano-boron carbide powder of extraordinary purity, reaching levels up to 99% with a particle size of D50≤150nm, and has earned us two esteemed invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) showcases robust production prowess across the extensive realm of protective ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our annual production capabilities are impressive, with 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a staggering 600,000 multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our formidable operational setup includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring seamless and efficient manufacturing.
