As pioneers in nanotechnology, we've designed an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process and developed proprietary grinding equipment alongside advanced grinding media. This exceptional breakthrough empowers us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder boasting an impressive 99% purity and a particle size as fine as D50≤150nm. Our commitment to excellence has been validated by the awarding of two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) shines as a powerhouse in the realm of high-performance protection ceramics. With an impressive production capability, we expertly craft a phenomenal 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts annually. We operate 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, alongside 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines. Our operations are further bolstered by 70 cutting-edge sintering lines, 5 high-efficiency PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines.
