Leading the charge in cost-efficiency, we developed a novel pressureless sintering technique for SB4C and engineered a cutting-edge sintering furnace with advanced temperature field control. This innovation not only increases furnace output by tenfold but also halves the sintering cycle, slashing costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press methods. Our pioneering work has been recognized with three invention patents.

As vanguards in nanotechnology, we crafted an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process and designed proprietary grinding equipment alongside advanced grinding media. This breakthrough enables us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with up to 99% purity and a particle size as fine as D50≤150nm, earning us two invention patents.
