•Lower Cost
At the forefront of innovation, we have developed an entirely novel pressureless sintering process for SB4C, complemented by our custom-designed sintering furnace equipped with cutting-edge temperature field control technology. This advancement not only increases the output of a single furnace by tenfold but also halves the sintering cycle, resulting in a cost reduction of over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our groundbreaking process has been recognized with three invention patents.
•High Purity
Leading the charge in high-purity ceramics, we have invented a state-of-the-art nano-boron carbide powder process technology. Partnered with proprietary powder grinding equipment and advanced grinding media, we produce nano-boron carbide powder of exceptional purity, achieving an impressive 99% purity level with a particle size of D50≤150nm. Our efforts have been rewarded with two invention patents, underscoring our position at the forefront of ceramic innovation.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) boasts a comprehensive production capacity across the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. With an annual capacity of 800 tons for boron carbide sinters, 1,000 tons for silicon carbide sinters, and the ability to produce 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, we are equipped to meet expansive demands.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring we are primed for large-scale production.
