Pioneering innovation in ceramics, we were the first to invent the pressureless sintered B4C formula. This groundbreaking advancement has led to the creation of boron carbide ceramics boasting superior properties of hardness, strength, and toughness. These enhanced ceramics are ideal for body armor and vehicle armor protection. Our innovation has been recognized with two invention patents.

Lower Cost
We spearheaded the development of a novel pressureless sintering process for SB4C and crafted our own state-of-the-art sintering furnace with a refined temperature field control technology. This innovation amplifies the output of a single furnace tenfold, cuts the sintering cycle by half, and reduced costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering process has earned us three invention patents.

•High Purity
As trailblazers, we invented a nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed proprietary powder grinding equipment alongside advanced grinding media. This allowed us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving a purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We have been awarded two invention patents for this achievement.

Jicheng (JCC) has the production capacity of the entire chain of protection ceramics, PE plates and inserts. Annual production capacity of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters and 600,000 sets of multi curved boron carbide inserts.

We have 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
