•Lower Cost: Efficiency Meets Affordability
We pioneered a unique pressureless sintering process for SB4C and designed an advanced sintering furnace with sophisticated temperature field control. This breakthrough dramatically enhances single furnace output tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle by 50%, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to traditional methods. Our cutting-edge process has been recognized with three invention patents, underscoring our leadership in cost-effective solutions.
•High Purity: Excellence in Composition
Leading the charge, we developed a pioneering nano-boron carbide powder process and created specialized grinding equipment with elite media. This initiative has allowed us to achieve high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching a purity level of an impressive 99%, with a fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Two invention patents commend our pursuit of purity and excellence.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) boasts a comprehensive production capability across the protection ceramics spectrum, including PE plates and inserts. Our annual production reaches 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our advanced infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder lines, 8 multi-curved plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring unmatched production efficiency.
