With our revolutionary development of an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C, complemented by our state-of-the-art sintering furnace, we have advanced the technology with enhanced temperature control. This technological leap propels the output of a single furnace to ten times its original capacity while cutting the sintering cycle by half, dramatically reducing costs by 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. This innovation is recognized by three esteemed invention patents.
•High Purity
At the forefront of innovation, we pioneered a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process technology and crafted specialized powder grinding equipment with advanced media. Our expertise has achieved the production of ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, with an extraordinary purity level of up to 99% and an ultra-fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm, earning us two invaluable invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) proudly stands as a beacon of excellence in the realm of protection ceramics. Our extensive production capacity spans the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, including both PE plates and inserts, ensuring unparalleled quality and variety. With a remarkable annual output of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters and 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, alongside an astounding 600,000 sets of intricately multi-curved boron carbide inserts, JCC has firmly established itself as a trailblazer and industry leader in the protection ceramics sector.
Our advanced facilities are a testament to our commitment to excellence, featuring 7 dedicated ceramic powder production lines and 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines. To further bolster our capabilities, we operate 70 cutting-edge sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, and 2 precision PE plate cutting lines. Additionally, our 2 hot pressing compositing lines ensure that our production prowess remains unrivaled, allowing us to deliver superior products with unmatched efficiency and precision.
