•Lower Cost
Leading the forefront of cost-efficient ceramic solutions, we pioneered a revolutionary pressureless sintering process for SB4C. Our engineering brilliance also led to the creation of an advanced sintering furnace, equipped with an intricate temperature field control system. This avant-garde process amplifies the output of a single furnace tenfold, drastically reduces the sintering cycle by half, and cuts costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering techniques. Our innovative process has been honored with three invention patents.
•High Purity
As trailblazers of purity, we crafted a revolutionary nano-boron carbide powder process and designed proprietary powder grinding equipment paired with cutting-edge grinding media. This empowers us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an astonishing purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our pioneering innovation has been celebrated with two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) proudly stands as a leader in the realm of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts, with a production capacity that knows no bounds. Annually, we produce an impressive 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, a staggering 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
