Our proprietary sintering furnace, featuring advanced temperature field control technology, dramatically elevates the single furnace output by an astonishing tenfold. The sintering cycle is significantly reduced by half, and costs are slashed by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. These pioneering advancements have earned us three prestigious invention patents, highlighting our commitment to cost-effective, high-efficiency solutions.
•High Purity
As industry pioneers, we have devised an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process technology. This includes the development of proprietary equipment for powder grinding and advanced grinding media. Our breakthrough enables the production of high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an unparalleled purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable achievement has been awarded two invention patents, setting a new standard in high-purity ceramic production.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) boasts a robust and comprehensive production capability that spans the entire spectrum of protective ceramics, PE plates, and specialized inserts. We proudly offer an impressive annual production capacity that includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a remarkable 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts. This extensive capacity ensures that we are well-prepared to satisfy a wide array of customer needs and market demands.
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is a testament to our dedication to excellence, featuring 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines and 8 specialized lines for multi-curved ceramic plates. Further enhancing our capabilities are 70 sophisticated sintering lines, 5 efficient PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 high-tech hot pressing compositing lines, all contributing to our unrivaled production efficiency and quality.
