At the forefront of cost-efficient ceramic advancements, we have ingeniously developed an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C. Moreover, we engineered our own state-of-the-art sintering furnace, equipped with advanced temperature field control technology. This groundbreaking process amplifies the output of a single furnace tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by half, and dramatically cuts costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering techniques. Our trailblazing process has been awarded three prestigious invention patents.

Leading with purity, we have invented a revolutionary nano-boron carbide powder process and designed proprietary powder grinding equipment, coupled with advanced grinding media. This allows us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with an impressive purity level reaching 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our groundbreaking innovation has been recognized with two esteemed invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) sets the industry standard with its unrivaled production prowess across the complete range of protective ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Boasting an impressive annual output capacity, we offer 800 tons of high-quality boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of durable silicon carbide sinters, and a remarkable 600,000 sets of expertly crafted multi-curved boron carbide inserts. Our facilities are superbly equipped to exceed even the most rigorous of customer demands.
Our cutting-edge facilities feature an extraordinary array of production capabilities, including 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 dedicated multi-curved ceramic plate lines, an impressive 70 sintering lines, 5 efficient PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 state-of-the-art hot pressing compositing lines.
