Leading the charge in advanced manufacturing, we introduced an innovative pressureless sintering technique for SB4C, complemented by our proprietary sintering furnace equipped with advanced temperature control technology. This breakthrough elevates furnace output by tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle in half, and dramatically reduces costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press methods. Our inventive approach has garnered three prestigious invention patents.

•High Purity
As industry pioneers, Jicheng developed a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder technology alongside custom grinding equipment and sophisticated grinding media. This advancement in technology ensures the production of ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an impressive purity level of 99% with particle sizes as fine as D50≤150nm. This groundbreaking achievement is protected by two invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) boasts a formidable production capacity encompassing the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our state-of-the-art facilities are capable of producing 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts annually.

Our expansive operations include 7 dedicated ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring unparalleled manufacturing efficiency.
