This enables the production of ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, boasting an astonishing purity level reaching 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) is a powerhouse in the field of advanced ceramics, showcasing a truly unmatched production capacity across the full range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our impressive annual capabilities include producing a staggering 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, a remarkable 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts. We stand ready to fulfill even your most stringent and demanding requirements with ease and efficiency.
Equipped with cutting-edge facilities, we proudly operate 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines, and a robust setup of 70 sintering lines. Additionally, our advanced infrastructure includes 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, all orchestrated to ensure a seamless, efficient, and highly versatile production process tailored to meet diverse needs.
