•Lower Cost
Leading the charge in cost-efficient production, we have developed a revolutionary pressureless sintering process for SB4C. Our proprietary sintering furnace, featuring sophisticated temperature field control technology, dramatically elevates production output by tenfold, while slashing the sintering cycle duration by 50%. This cutting-edge process achieves over 60% cost reduction compared to traditional hot press sintering techniques, earning us three esteemed invention patents.
•High Purity
As pioneers in purity, we have innovated a nano-boron carbide powder process technology, complemented by our bespoke powder grinding apparatus and advanced grinding media. This breakthrough enables the production of ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an exceptional purity level of up to 99%, with a powder particle size precision of D50≤150nm. We have secured two invention patents for this remarkable achievement.
Larger Capacity

With a formidable annual production capacity, we masterfully manufacture 800 tons of premium boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of top-tier silicon carbide sinters, alongside a staggering 600,000 sets of expertly crafted multi-curved boron carbide inserts, showcasing our unparalleled capabilities in the ceramics industry.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 dynamic multi-curved ceramic plate lines, an impressive 70 sintering lines, 5 cutting-edge PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines, all designed to deliver superior performance and innovation.
