As trailblazers in the field, we have developed a groundbreaking nano-boron carbide powder process technology and engineered proprietary powder grinding equipment, complemented by advanced grinding media. This innovation has enabled us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an astounding purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This extraordinary achievement has been honored with two esteemed invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands at the forefront of innovation with its extensive production prowess in the realm of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our impressive annual production capacity boasts a remarkable output of 800 tons of precision-engineered boron carbide sinters and 1000 tons of finely-crafted silicon carbide sinters, complemented by an extraordinary production of 600,000 sets of expertly designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
With a robust operational framework, we run 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, complemented by 8 state-of-the-art multi-curved ceramic plate lines. Our infrastructure includes 70 efficient sintering lines, 5 cutting-edge PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines, all working in harmony to ensure unparalleled production strength and capacity.
