In our relentless pursuit of excellence, we pioneered a sophisticated nano-boron carbide powder process technology and engineered proprietary powder grinding equipment featuring cutting-edge grinding media. This monumental achievement enables us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, boasting an exceptional purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our technological prowess has been acknowledged with two invention patents, emphasizing our commitment to quality and innovation.

Jicheng (JCC) stands proudly as a leader with an extensive production prowess in the realm of protection ceramics, PE plates, and specialized inserts. Our impressive annual production capabilities encompass 800 tons of highly durable boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of resilient silicon carbide sinters, alongside an astounding 600,000 sets of expertly crafted multi-curved boron carbide inserts. This extensive and robust infrastructure is meticulously designed to meet a diverse spectrum of production demands, ensuring we are equipped to handle any challenge efficiently.
Our state-of-the-art production facilities are equipped with 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 highly specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 meticulously calibrated sintering lines, 5 precision-oriented PE plate pressing lines, 2 exacting PE plate cutting lines, and 2 cutting-edge hot pressing compositing lines.
