We've transformed the pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered a cutting-edge sintering furnace with meticulous temperature control. This trailblazing advancement enhances furnace efficiency tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by half, and slashes costs by over 60% compared to traditional techniques. Our innovative approach has been recognized with three prestigious invention patents.

•High Purity
As industry pioneers, we've mastered the nano-boron carbide powder process and developed proprietary grinding equipment featuring advanced media. This enables the production of ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an impressive 99% purity and a particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable achievement has earned us two invention patents.

Larger Capacity

Jicheng (JCC) exercises substantial manufacturing capability across the protection ceramics spectrum, including PE plates and inserts. Our annual production features an impressive 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

Our advanced facilities include 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 state-of-the-art sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring unmatched production efficiency.
