This avant-garde innovation amplifies the output of a single furnace tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by half, and dramatically cuts costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our groundbreaking methodology has earned us three invention patents, showcasing our commitment to cost-efficiency and technological excellence.

As trailblazers in the industry, we have engineered a novel nano-boron carbide powder process technology alongside proprietary powder grinding equipment, enhanced with sophisticated grinding media. This pivotal breakthrough empowers us to produce nano-boron carbide powder of astounding purity, achieving an exceptional purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This technological marvel has been recognized with two invention patents, underscoring our dedication to superior quality and innovation.
Larger Capacity

Our expertise extends to the precise crafting of PE plates and highly durable inserts. With an impressive annual output, our capabilities include the production of a staggering 800 tons of meticulously crafted boron carbide sinters, a remarkable 1000 tons of top-tier silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts. The breadth and depth of our extensive infrastructure are poised to meet a diverse array of production demands, ensuring that we remain a cornerstone in the industry.
Our state-of-the-art production facilities are a testament to our commitment to excellence, featuring an ensemble of 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines and 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines. Complemented by an impressive 70 sintering lines, our facilities stand equipped to handle significant scale with unmatched efficiency. Furthermore, our operations are bolstered by 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines.
