•Cost-Effective Solutions
We pioneered an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and developed our proprietary sintering furnace, incorporating advanced temperature field control technology. This technological marvel increases the output of a single furnace by tenfold, halves the sintering cycle, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our trailblazing advancements have been recognized with three esteemed invention patents.
• High Purity Excellence
As leaders in the field, we have developed a nano-boron carbide powder process along with proprietary grinding equipment featuring state-of-the-art grinding media. This breakthrough enables the production of ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an impressive purity level of up to 99% with a particle size of D50≤150nm. We hold two invention patents for this remarkable technological achievement.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) is renowned for its extensive and comprehensive production capabilities that cover the full range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. We proudly achieve an extraordinary annual production capacity, featuring 800 tons of high-performance boron carbide sinters and 1000 tons of robust silicon carbide sinters. Our remarkable operations also include the creation of 600,000 meticulously engineered sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is a testament to our commitment to excellence, boasting 7 high-efficiency ceramic powder production lines, 8 advanced multi-curved ceramic plate lines, and an impressive 70 cutting-edge sintering lines. We further enhance our capabilities with 5 specialized PE plate pressing lines, complemented by 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 innovative hot pressing compositing lines.
